- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits you buy stay on your account until you use them.
- What happens when I run out?
- Your agents stop replying and new knowledge can't be added. Every request gets a clear "You're out of credits" message until you buy more, or auto top-up buys a pack for you.
- How does auto top-up work?
- Off by default. Turn it on in Billing, choose a balance to top up at and a pack, and set a monthly limit. We charge your saved card and email you each time.
- Do I need my own LLM key?
- Yes. Agents run on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other key, so model costs are billed to you by your provider. Credits cover the platform.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits aren't refundable, but if something went wrong, email support@sentientone.ai and we'll sort it out.
